Leading Manufacturer and Retailer of Personally Fitted Arch Supports Will Begin Selling Boxto Shoes This Spring
(THE WOODLANDS, Texas) – Boxto – manufacturer of premium handcrafted leather golf shoes and belts – has partnered with The Good Feet Store to begin selling shoes at its 20 corporate-owned U.S. retail locations.
At these select stores, the market-leader in premium, personally fitted arch supports will carry two Boxto lines: the classically styled Legacy (Pro and Hybrid versions) and the more casual Exo. To celebrate the new partnership, the Legacy shoes will be special, limited-edition models from Boxto’s “Legacy 58” collection. The Legacy 58 collection is named in honor of Boxto ambassador Jim Furyk who, in 2016, became the first and only player in PGA Tour history to shoot a 58 in competition. The shoes are expected to be available at Good Feet Stores in late Q1 or early Q2 2024.Furyk, who currently uses the Good Feet Arch Support system in his Legacy Hybrids when playing on Tour, will also be featured in joint Boxto and The Good Feet Store promotional materials and targeted consumer outreach.
“These are two brands that understand what it takes to improve the quality of people’s lives by providing unmatched comfort,” said Joe Herlihy, chief operating officer and chief legal officer at The Good Feet Store. “Our partnership is a natural fit that will benefit customers of both brands.”
Additional plans for the partnership include development of a dedicated line of Boxto shoes for The Good Feet Store retail locations. The line will incorporate the use of The Good Feet Arch Support system and other design advances engineered to promote optimal comfort and pain relief.
“Boxto provides us with a top-tier partner in the golf vertical, which is an attractive space for us given the active lifestyle many of our customers once again can lead after being fitted for our 3-step arch support system,” said Doug Zarkin, chief brand officer at Good Feet Worldwide. “Given the impact our 3-step arch support system has on bringing the entire body into kinetic alignment, helping to relieve and even eliminate hip, knee, back or leg pain, while supporting proper balance. A meaningful percentage of our current customer base are golfers and benefit from wearing their arch supports. We can’t promise their putting will improve, but our customers can now enjoy among other things walking the course with notably less pain or discomfort. We found a partner in Boxto that is as serious about quality and comfort as we are.”
“Boxto is dedicated to creating shoes that not only look good but also fit well,” said Raul Flores, CEO, Boxto. “We look forward to partnering with the Good Feet team and sharing how our brands can help their dedicated customers feel great while playing their best golf.”
