Tickets Now on Sale for 35th Anniversary of the Chubb Classic presented by SERVPRO, Feb. 14-20, 2022

U.S. Ryder Cup Winning Team Captain Steve Stricker Scheduled to Defend Championship

(NAPLES, Fla.) – Tournament officials announced today tickets are now on sale for the 2022 Chubb Classic presented by SERVPRO, where legends of the game will come together to celebrate the tournament’s 35th anniversary as Naples’ flagship PGA TOUR Champions event, Feb. 14-20, 2022 at Tiburon Golf Club’s Black Course.

Tickets are available for purchase now exclusively at www.ChubbClassic.com.

“The Chubb Classic is a mainstay in Naples and Southwest Florida, giving fans the unique opportunity to watch the legends of the game play in one of the top golf destinations in the country,” said Sandy Diamond, executive director for the Chubb Classic presented by SERVPRO. “We are excited to return to Tiburon Golf Club with our great fans in February to celebrate the tournament’s 35th anniversary.”

Tournament officials also announced today all military personnel (active, retired, reserve and veteran) and their immediate family (up to four tickets) will receive complimentary admission to the 2022 Chubb Classic, compliments of SERVPRO. Tickets will be available at Will Call tournament week by showing proper identification. Children under 18 also will be admitted free into the tournament with a paid adult.

Ticket packages for the 2022 Chubb Classic include exclusive hospitality and general admissions tickets offering a wide degree of entertainment and access. All 2022 tournament tickets will be completely digital and will be emailed after purchase. Tickets can be viewed on either a mobile device or printed out where they will be scanned at the amin gate.

There are four ticket options for fans interested in attending the 2022 Chubb Classic:

Good-Any-One Day Grounds:

$25. General admission daily grounds, valid Thursday, Feb. 17 (Pro-Am), and Friday-Sunday, Feb. 18-20 (tournament rounds).

Weekly Grounds:

$40. General admission daily grounds, valid Thursday-Sunday, Feb. 17-20.

Legends Lounge 17th Green Suite:

$125 per day. Private luxury suite offering exclusive views of the 17th green. Includes hot appetizers, afternoon snacks, soft drinks and cash bar.

ULTRA Club 18th Green Suite:

$400 per day. Private luxury suite overlooking the 18th green. Includes premium full lunch buffet and open bar.

Volunteer Registration Now Open: Volunteer registration also is now open to support the 2022 Chubb Classic. Each year, hundreds of volunteers donate their time to serve critical needs such as marshaling, scoring, transportation, hospitality services and many other important roles. In 2022, the tournament is seeking more than 700 volunteers to fill a variety of roles tournament week. The $50 volunteer package includes one official tournament branded golf shirt; a hat or visor; volunteer pin; one volunteer badge allowing clubhouse access and free parking all week; four weekly grounds passes; and free breakfast and lunch for each day worked. Traditionally contested in February, the 2021 Chubb Classic took place in April at The Black Course at Tiburon Golf Club, where Steve Stricker captured his sixth PGA TOUR Champions victory by one stroke over Robert Karlsson and Alex Cejka. Stricker, the successful U.S. Ryder Cup captain and longtime former Naples resident, is scheduled to defend his 2021 title as part of the 81-player field competing in the 54-hole championship Friday-Sunday, Feb. 18-20, for a share of the $1.6 million purse.

Tiburon Golf Club, the only facility to host a PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions and LPGA Tour event in the same calendar year, features two 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf courses, The Gold and The Black. The Black Course, which opened in 2001, has a very distinctive look with its pine straw-lined fairways, crushed coquina waste areas and undulating greens nestled amidst acres of pine trees and native Florida foliage. The Black Course is designated as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary by Audubon International to protect and enhance its natural surroundings.
