Pinehurst Resort Expands Experiences for Its Employee Relief Fund

(RELEASE) — A quick update from Pinehurst Resort on its Employee Relief Fund:

As of this writing, more than $126,000 had been raised in over 24 hours.

Due to the overwhelming response, three amazing new experiences have been added at the auction website, https://go.rallyup.com/pinehurst:

Pinehurst Resort with Mike Hicks: This one is hard to write without getting goosebumps. Your foursome will play Pinehurst No. 2 and be joined by Mike Hicks on the back nine. Mike was on the bag for Payne Stewart for the 1999 U.S. Open. Mike will walk with your group, share special stories and show you the spots of Payne’s heroic shots on 16, 17 and 18. Includes 2 rooms and a 1-night stay.

Architects Tour of No. 2: When it was time to restore our most treasured course, we turned to N.C. native Bill Coore and his partner Ben Crenshaw. Coore & Crenshaw restored the course and the soul of the Donald Ross masterpiece. Enjoy a walking tour of No. 2 with Bill Coore. One night and one round on No. 2 included for two people on mutually agreeable dates.

Visit Future Pinehurst No. 10 Site: Speaking of Coore & Crenshaw, did you know they’ve routed a new Pinehurst course? It’s only on paper, for now, but there are dreams of it becoming reality someday. Tour the land and the preliminary routing with Bill Coore. One night and one round on No. 2 included for two people at mutually agreeable dates.

Also, numerous affordable items are available, including $100 Putter Boy Pin Flags, $75 Hats and $25 Pinehurst Logo Balls.
