Custom club builder more than doubles number of build stations in extensive shop

Initially, the Club Champion’s build shop encompassed a cozy 1,000 square feet, split between build stations, PUREing stations, the shipping team and storage. Now, after a complete remodel and expansion, the shop covers over 10,000 square feet. Previously, employees operated between only six build stations; builders now have access to 15 stations.
“The demand for our custom-built clubs was overpowering our capabilities,” said Nick Sherburne, founder of Club Champion. “We had an opportunity to widen our footprint and make each build station even more efficient, so we took our chance.”
