Dormie Network Partners with CaddieNow to Improve, Create Caddie Programs

Six ultra-high-end golf clubs will enhance member experience

(Haymarket, VA) – CaddieNow, the nation’s most trusted caddie program, announced today it has signed an agreement to provide its popular caddie service at all Dormie Network golf clubs.

The new partnership with CaddieNow supports Dormie Network’s commitment to providing best-in-class golf by offering premier caddie services nationwide. CaddieNow has become the premiere caddie service platform for courses because of premium technology, customization and service. Dormie Network is a fast-growing national network of private destination golf clubs with courses designed by the likes of Arnold Palmer, Tom Fazio, Lester George, and Coore & Crenshaw. The partnership between the two companies effectively supports the efforts of both brands.

Dormie Network, and its portfolio of six nationwide, high-end private clubs, chose CaddieNow to provide across-the-board, high-end caddie experiences at all its properties. The Dormie Network caddie programming will be consistent but honed to each club’s specific needs. CaddieNow will support existing caddie programs at two clubs and launch new caddie programs at the other four clubs in the network. Dormie Network President Zach Peed said, “Dormie Network clubs combine the experience of destination golf with the premier hospitality of private membership. Working with CaddieNow facilitates one of the key aspects of our golf experience: playing with an exceptional caddie.”

Dormie Network‘s Victoria National in Newburgh, IN, ranked 43rd in the nation, is operating an existing caddie program, as is recently acquired Hidden Creek Golf Club in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The remaining four clubs – located in North Carolina, Virginia, Nebraska and Texas – will be creating new caddie programs while quickly matching the service level at all Dormie Network clubs. CaddieNow has the technology to improve existing programs and the flexibility to introduce new caddie programs at the remaining clubs; at the same time, it provides the service levels, booking experience and quality control set forth by the Dormie Network brand. CaddieNow will provide a caddie management platform at each course to support the caddies and help with bookings, ratings and overall member experience. As Dormie Network expands through the acquisition of additional golf clubs, CaddieNow will expand its services network-wide.

Dormie Network offers a combination of best-in-class golf with a casual retreat experience.  Caddies can allow for members, who enjoy bringing friends, families, and business associates to play, the opportunity to relax and enjoy the destinations.

“Helping Dormie Network bring their mission, values and hospitality touchpoints to members using caddies is where we shine,” said Dave Cavossa, CaddieNow Founder and CEO. “Our end goal is making sure the caddie experience reflects exactly what works for each club and for each type of member. Whether they are a laidback member playing at their leisure or on the course to do business, a caddie makes the round better.”

Since it was founded in 2015, CaddieNow’s goal has been to engage the youngest generation in golf by providing them exposure to the game, all while protecting clubs against wage and liability concerns. Recruiting caddies for the other course locations will begin in February. CaddieNow is looking for youth and adult caddies to join the CaddieNow network for work at these courses.

“Caddying has so many positives,” Cavossa said. “It provides immediate income and opens networking opportunities that can help teens and college students with their future careers. We’re excited that Dormie Network is helping us bring the ‘Caddie Renaissance’ to their members across the country,” continued Cavossa.

Dormie Network recently announced that it will host the Dormie Network Classic at Briggs Ranch, an annual Web.com Tour event to be held in San Antonio, TX, with a 156-player field and substantial purse. The championship-caliber venue will bring fans closer to these rising players. This announcement came on the heels of a 10-year commitment at Victoria National Golf Club to host the Web.com Tour Championship presented by United Leasing & Finance. With the offering of caddies at both courses, Web.com players can utilize the local caddies for knowledge and course management.
