PGA National Resort & Spa Announces Thanksgiving ‘Third Night Free’ Offer

Additional Thanksgiving Buffet Provides ‘No Stress, No Cooking, No Cleanup’ Holiday

(PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.) – PGA National Resort & Spa – South Florida’s world-class vacation destination – announces a special “Third Night Free” offer ideal for festive Thanksgiving family getaways away from the hustle and bustle.

Good through Dec. 18, the offer starts at $259 (per room, per night) for three-night stays with the third night complimentary. Alternatively, two-night stays start at $219 (per room, per night) which include a daily $25 resort credit. Resort fees and taxes are additional for both offers.

PGA National’s acclaimed chef-driven Ironwood Steak & Seafood restaurant will be featuring a lavish Thanksgiving Day buffet perfect for a “no stress, no cooking, no cleanup” holiday feast (11 – 9 p.m.). The buffet’s array of tasty appetizers includes Parsnip Blue Crab Soup, Arugula and Roasted Beet Salad, Cranberry Pecan Salad, Classic Caesar, Old Bay Poached Shrimp, Bay Scallops, Sri Racha Dusted Yellow Fin Tuna, Smoked Salmon, and an assortment of breads, biscuits and sweetbreads.

Mouthwatering entrees include Butter Basted Tom Turkey, Hickory Smoked Honey Ham, Angus Beef Steamship, Shrimp and Grits and Yankee Pot Roast. Savory sides feature traditional favorites such as stuffing, maple roasted yams, pancetta Brussel sprouts, garlic green beans, creamed corn, black-eyes peas, “Hoppin’ John,” cheddar mac n’ cheese and turkey leg confit.

A full array of mouthwatering desserts and a special children’s buffet are also featured. For those wanting to “carve your own turkey platter,” guests may enhance the holiday dining experience with an individual eight-pound roasted turkey cooked to perfection by the resort’s master chefs. The price is $95 with buffet fees additional. The turkey is served family style complete with carving tools and PGA National apron.

To burn off calories afterwards, guests enjoy full access to the resort’s newly renovated high-tech 33,000-square-foot Sports & Racquet Club. Highlights include state-of-the-art exercise equipment, indoor racquet ball court, three aerobics studios with new sound systems, five-lane saltwater lap pool, spin room with video road mapping, indoor volleyball court, two lighted pickle / paddle ball courts, 18 Har Tru tennis courts (11 lit for night play) and one lighted hard court with a hitting wall.
