Salish Cliffs Golf Club Hosting Squaxin Island Museum Tournament June 9

Event Benefits Tribe through Fun-Filled Competition on Nationally Acclaimed Amenity of Little Creek Casino Resort

(SHELTON, Wash.) – Salish Cliffs Golf Club at Little Creek Casino Resort (www.salish-cliffs.com) – the Squaxin Island Tribe’s award-winning entertainment property located a convenient, scenic drive from Seattle and Olympia – hosts the 13th Annual Squaxin Island Museum Tournament June 9.

The scramble-format tournament includes 18 holes of golf, cart, range balls, two drink tickets per player, tee gift, and awards ceremony dinner. Registration is at 8 a.m. with a 10 a.m. shotgun start on the Gene Bates-designed course that has garnered numerous national accolades since opening in 2011.

Proceeds from the tournament directly benefit the Squaxin Island Museum, Library & Research Center, also known as “The Home of Our Sacred Belongings.” The tax-deductible donation will be used to support mentorships, educational programs and job opportunities. Price is $1,000 per team, or $250 per player.
