Acclaimed CBS Sportscaster Jim Nantz Appears on Edwin Watts Golf “GOLFBETTER” Podcast
(FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla.) - Edwin Watts Golf Shops, one of the world’s largest specialty golf retailers, announced that acclaimed sports broadcaster Jim Nantz, recognized as the voice of golf for CBS Sports, will be this week’s special guest on “GOLFBETTER,” the retailer’s popular Podcast series.
In advance of the second major championship of the 2013 PGA TOUR season and courtesy of Titleist Golf, Nantz joins “GOLFBETTER” host Tom Brassell and reminisces about his sports broadcasting career and the life lessons attained by working alongside legends Pat Summerall and Ken Venturi. Additionally, he discusses his journey from high school to college where he was a member of the University of Houston golf team, and his roommate, 2013 World Golf Hall of Fame inductee, Fred Couples.
