The A Position Soars over Augusta with Unique Masters Coverage
(Portland, Ore.) – Golf fans wanting a new perspective on Augusta National need look no farther than The A Position’s Masters Emagazine for 2013. Leading off this year’s preview edition is a rare aerial photograph of the storied Masters venue. Readers can win a framed print of the photo by signing up at tourontap.com.
The Masters Emagazine and supporting website contain lively photos, original artwork, and video to deliver visual punch, plus a portfolio of unexpected stories by golf’s top journalists. Highlights include a story by Canadian author Tim O’Connor about golf legend Moe Norman’s ill-fated Augusta experience; a piece from Chicago reporter Herb Gould on his own Augusta experiences—playing the course in a video game; Jeff Neuman’s informative article about the par-3 contest; and British journalist James Mason’s always-popular handicapping guide to which players are a good bet for winning this year’s event. There’s also a video by Peter Kessler and a podcast with Tom Doak talking about changes to Augusta National.
The 2013 Masters edition will be emailed to more than 620,000 members of 37 state and regional golf associations in the U.S. and Canada, making it among the largest circulation golf publications worldwide. Content is also available at Tour on Tap.
Readers of the Masters edition and visitors to tourontap.com will also have their own chances of racking up a win next week: A Position partner National Golf Management will be giving away a 5-day, 4-night golf adventure to Myrtle Beach for four, including TaylorMade clubs and a private golf lesson with LPGA member Meredith Kirk.
