Using Miura Golf Irons K.J. Choi Finishes Strong at Farmers Insurance Open

(Vancouver, B.C.) - Veteran PGA Tour and worldwide star K.J. Choi used Miura irons to turn in a solid T9 performance at last week's Farmers Insurance Open on the PGA Tour. And now golfers can get the K.J. Choi Special Edition irons by Miura, a limited edition of the exact same irons Choi used to play so well at Torrey and in other tournaments.

The irons Choi played at Torrey are the same ones he used to win the 2011 PLAYERS Championship. The K.J. Choi Special Edition irons are based on Miura's popular CB-501 model. The 4-PW set, which also includes two special wedges (54 and 59 degrees), features distinctive graphics, KBS shafts, and PURE Grips. Only 300 sets have been made -- or ever will be -- and they're selling quickly.

The K.J. Choi Special Edition irons by Miura come in a specially made wood display box -- but they're also playable. A letter of authenticity signed by Choi and master clubmaker Katsuhiro Miura accompanies each set, and every club bears its set's distinctive number in a "001/300" format.

In honor of Choi's excellent play at Torrey, golfers can buy a K.J. Choi Special Edition by Miura set for just US $2,100, including shipping in the U.S. and Canada (overseas shipping charges may be slightly higher). Interested golfers can check to see what numbers are available by sending an email to info@miuragolf.com.

Part of the proceeds from each set of these special irons will benefit the K.J. Choi Foundation in its broad-based work to help the children of Korea and the world gain the educational and other benefits they deserve.
