Local Media Pros Launch myphillygolf.com

New Website Gives Philly-area Golfers Access to Golf News, Views, Scores and More from the Delaware Valley and Around the World

(Philadelphia, PA) - Local media veterans Joe Logan and Craig Ammerman announce the launch of myphillygolf.com (www.myphillygolf.com), a website intent on becoming the leading source of golf news, information, reviews, commentary and conversation in the region.

"We want to make myphillygolf.com an indispensible resource for all golfers in the region,” said Logan, former longtime golfer writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer.

“To do that – to make it a website golfers visit daily – we’re constantly updating local and national golf news, adding interviews, scores and commentary, plus building a library of honest, discerning reviews of courses in the region,” added Logan. ”Personally, I’m excited about the potential of the discussion boards, where golfers in the region can talk to each other, share information.”

Said Ammerman: “We want myphillygolf.com to become the home of golf in the Philadelphia region."

In addition to exclusive news stories, features and reviews by Logan, myphillygolf.com will offer links to carefully selected national and international stories.

Launched in affiliation with the Golf Association of Philadelphia (GAP), myphillygolf.com will be unrivaled in its coverage of local tournaments. It will also offer a handicap service and a course finder with essential information (and website links) to more than 275 daily fee courses in eastern Pennsylvania, south Jersey, all of Delaware and northern Maryland.
